We are a small business located and perfecting our craft here in Mountaineer Country, WV and Pittsburgh Metro South, PA. Nearby, most of our Shower Boxes are delivered by car. Beyond this primary service area, we ship using the most efficient method possible. Packs generally leave our shop within 2-3 working days.  We will notify you by email once your package is on the way. We track everything that goes out and keep an eye on things as they travel. Once delivery is complete, we'll check-in with you by email. Your patience and support mean everything! 

We are a boutique business. We develop speciality products offered for a limited time, designed for relevant and unforgettable bridal showers. Our complete kits or "Shower Boxes" contain unique, handcrafted items which are created seasonally and in sync with local wedding-related event trends. Accordingly, returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt, consumers must pay for shipping and a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price. It's very important that our customers are 100% satisfied with us. If you've received a Shower Box that is not what you expected, please immediately contact us and we will work with you to resolve concerns. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. You can inform us of your decision by email at info@ShowerBoutique.com. We will initiate reimbursement to you no later than 10 days from the date of your order.

The deadline for initiating a return after delivery is 48 hours. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount to account for damaged, used, missing or excessively disorganized products.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were received in the last 48 hours.

• You have contacted us by email at info@ShowerBoutique.com.

• You understand and accept our $20 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your return.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Goods which are not in the original packaging.

• Goods which have been used or damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
